His professional responsibilities are intentionally broad. He describes himself as a developer, designer, programmer, webmaster and PC repair person—in other words, an all-in-one IT solutions guy.

His two biggest personal interests are games and guitars.

These details may sound playful, but they help make conversations feel more natural. Visitors are not speaking to an anonymous support widget. They are interacting with a recognisable character who represents the personality of Lemon Web Solutions.

A fully realistic three-dimensional character was not the best fit for the established illustrated mascot design. The 2.5D approach preserves the original cartoon appearance while allowing the character to perform animated gestures.

Conversation Continuity Without Automatic Learning

Automatically treating user messages as trusted website knowledge would introduce serious accuracy and security problems. A visitor could provide incorrect information, and the chatbot might later repeat it as though it were official.
