AYAM BAKERY CUPCAKE

This is a demo website developed to cater an assignment during my studies where i am tasked to develop a website for the purpose of promoting Bakery Shops that are available in your chosen district. I need to use only the HTML code and insert the following elements in the website which is the list of Bakery Shops, the use of appropriate graphics, text and fonts that are appropriate, link to objects in the same document and links to other files that are appropriate, and the use of table and its properties those are appropriate. Scoring will be awarded based on creativity using these elements, a function that runs perfectly, as well as the suitability of its functions.

ISM Insurance Portal

During my tenure from 2011 to 2018, I designed and developed ISM Insurance website, incorporating advanced features tailored for the insurance industry. The platform enabled insurance companies to log in and access a comprehensive data repository, facilitating seamless retrieval of critical information. Key functionalities included the Circular Distribution System (CDS), tools for underwriting such as the NCD system, and robust Claims and Underwriting modules. These features, among others, were integral in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the digital transformation of the insurance ecosystem.

ISM Insurance Gap Protection Calculator

In mid-2017, I developed the ISM Insurance Gap Protection Calculator website at the request of the association companies MTA and LIAM, under the advisement of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). The aim was to create a consumer-friendly tool that would allow individuals to determine the amount of insurance or takaful coverage required to meet their financial protection goals. The calculator also provided users with an estimate of how much they could afford to pay, making it a practical resource for those looking to balance adequate protection with financial affordability. The design emphasized simplicity and accuracy, ensuring that users of all backgrounds could navigate the tool with ease and trust the results it delivered.

The project was developed to promote financial awareness and help consumers better understand their protection gaps. By integrating user-friendly features and delivering clear projections based on inputs such as income, dependents, and liabilities, the calculator became a valuable resource for personal financial planning. This initiative reflected ISM’s commitment to innovation and public service by empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their insurance needs, aligning with BNM’s vision of enhancing financial literacy and protection among Malaysians.

ISM Knowledgebase

I developed the main intranet website serving as a centralized landing page for all ISM employees, fully integrated with the organization's Windows Server Active Directory. This seamless integration eliminates the need for employees to log in manually, allowing them to interact with the website effortlessly. The intranet features a comprehensive Knowledgebase Portal, a Leave Management System, a Meeting Room Booking Management module, an Interactive Office Schematic, a Document Repository, and a Directory for quick access to resources. Additionally, the platform includes an HRM System and a One-Stop Authenticator, both currently in progress, further enhancing its functionality and user convenience.

ISM Project Management System

The ISM Project Management System was designed to be a highly flexible and user-centric tool, empowering users to manage projects, tasks, and teams efficiently while offering the freedom to customize the platform according to their unique requirements. While the system established foundational entities like Projects, Tasks, and Users, it deliberately avoided imposing rigid workflows, enabling users to adapt the tool to suit various methodologies or organizational structures. This flexibility made the system versatile and capable of addressing diverse project management needs across different departments.

The platform was developed using a robust stack of technologies, including Apache as the web server, PHP5 for server-side scripting, and Bootstrap PHP for responsive and intuitive front-end design. The database was powered by MySQL 5.6, ensuring reliable data storage and retrieval, while HighChart JS was integrated to deliver dynamic and visually appealing data visualizations. These tools worked in harmony to create a seamless user experience, combining powerful back-end functionality with a polished and adaptable interface.

During my tenure at Marrybrown, I led the development of MB MISDesk, a tailored IT Helpdesk system designed to optimize and streamline the organization's IT support processes. Built on the robust and reliable open-source HESK platform, MB MISDesk was extensively customized to meet Marrybrown's unique operational requirements. This system provided a centralized portal where employees across various locations could log technical issues, track their resolution status, and receive timely updates, ensuring transparency and accountability. Key features included priority-based ticketing, automated notifications, and a comprehensive knowledge base to promote self-service for common queries. With advanced reporting tools, MB MISDesk enabled the IT support team to monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify recurring issues, facilitating proactive problem management.
