The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has launched an updated version of the JPJeBid app, designed to offer a better user experience for those bidding on vehicle number plates online. This revamped app is being introduced as a pilot test, according to JPJ's latest announcement on Facebook.

User Feedback & Testing
JPJ encourages users to compare the new version with the older 1.0 model and share their thoughts through an online survey available in the 2.0 version of the app. Feedback will be collected via the chat inbox, helping JPJ gauge public perception of the updates.
This enhanced version of JPJeBid follows JPJ's recent introduction of online P-license upgrades, marking another step towards modernizing its digital services.
