Microsoft has started rolling out the June 2026 Patch Tuesday update for Windows 11, and this release is much bigger than a routine monthly security patch. The update, listed as KB5094126, applies to Windows 11 versions 25H2 and 24H2. Depending on your version, it moves the system to OS Build 26200.8655 or 26100.8655. More importantly, it brings one of the most packed Windows 11 monthly updates in recent memory.

A Windows Update entry named "Microsoft Corporation AudioProcessingObject Driver Update (10.3.56670)" may look a little confusing at first. It sounds technical, and it does not clearly say whether it is related to your speaker, microphone, Realtek driver, Intel audio, Dolby processing, or another sound component.

Microsoft Edge has been improving a lot over the years. It is fast, clean enough, deeply integrated with Windows, and for many users, it has become a serious alternative to Google Chrome. But every now and then, Microsoft makes a design decision that reminds people why browser customisation still matters.

Windows 11 has slowly been moving more hardware controls into the modern Settings app, and one of the latest additions is a proper keyboard backlight setting. For users with supported keyboards, especially laptops and detachable keyboards, this is actually a welcome improvement. Instead of relying only on function keys, manufacturer utilities, or hidden firmware behavior, Windows is finally giving users a cleaner way to adjust keyboard lighting directly from Settings.
