Yesterday, I updated the Intel Graphics Command Center app on my Surface Pro, expecting the usual driver-side improvements, fixes, or minor interface changes. Instead, I ended up with a strange display scaling issue that made my screen appear smaller and centered, almost as if Windows had decided to place the entire desktop inside a smaller box.

There is something almost predictable now about TV3 live streaming suddenly going offline at the worst possible time. Just when everything looks stable and viewers start assuming the stream is finally safe, the familiar problems return. Sometimes it is a dead link, sometimes it is endless buffering, and other times the player simply refuses to load at all.

If you read my earlier post about finally getting TV3 stable on Lemon Web TV, you'll remember the big "plot twist" wasn't some fancy player bug or UI issue. It was the stream source itself. I switched to a better source, monitored it, and for a while… it genuinely felt like the nightmare was over.

Apple has now rolled out macOS Tahoe 26.3 to the public (build 25D125). If you're expecting flashy new features, this one isn't that kind of release. The headline is simple: it's mostly bug fixes and security work, not new toys to play with.
