Malaysia experienced a significant spike in internet traffic throughout 2024, according to new data from the Malaysia Internet Exchange (MyIX). The country recorded a 17% year-on-year increase, reaching a peak of 2.6 terabits per second (Tbps)—a historic high for MyIX.
